the usually means its overheating, I suggest phoning xbox support and arranging for a repair or replacement, or look around for someone who repairs xbox 360s around your area, they will be able to repair it a lot cheaper then Microsoft will charge.

don’t check the website for odd problems. The website is for run-of-the-mill problems. Call Xbox support @ 1-(800) 469-9269 [(800) 4my-xbox]
They’ll be able to help you better.
