Justin asked: I called them and they said i didn't have warranty on it. But it says specifically on Xbox 360 support that for that problem they have a 3 year warranty and the 360 hasn't been out for 3 years yet. How can i get them to fix it ...

TyDaGuy asked: I called the people at xbox and they told be troubleshooting tips. I TRIED THEM ALL NONE WORK! I Still can't connect to xbox live bcuz of my IP Adress is failing. I turned it on automatic and unplugged the system for atleast an hour. WTF XBox 360 ...
