Can you tell me any information about the Xbox 360’s red circle problem?
January 29th, 2008 | by xboxrepair |Just Me asked:
I plan on buying an Xbox 360 pro soon, and I just want to know some things about this problem. If I only play at most, 2-3 hour intervals, will the red circle have a high chance of coming up eventually? If I place my playstation 2 on top of my xbox 360, will this cause overheating? What measures can I take besides buying an interior cooling system to help prevent this error from occuring?

The problem may eventually happen, if they havent fixed the problem. though, i think they have at least gotten close. ways to keep it as cool as you can are: have it standing upright, have it in an open area at least when you’re playing, have the power supply in a open area always, make sure you dont put it in a dusty corner or anything, and you shouldnt stack game systems anyway. also, dont move your system while its on, especially if there is a disc in the tray, cause it will get ruined. other than the precautionary steps, the xbox 360 is one of the best toys you can have. hope this helped…
