How do I know when my xbox 360 arrives at the repair center?

My 360 got the 3 red lights deal and i called and did all the troubleshooting. i had to send it to the repair center and i havnt heard anything about it since. am i supposed to get a letter or an email or something to let me know they have it?

    Did you get a tracking number from the delivery company you used? i.e. UPS, DHL, etc? Check the tracking number on the delivery firm’s website.

    did you save the tracking number, if not your screwed but they will call back when they send it out again, hopefully they send you a working one, they sent me one that didnt turn on.
