Look at that first. If no aid then,
You call them at the number on there and they will aid you.

The tech support number should be in your User’s manual that you recieved with the game. If you lost that (lol) then you could try the X-box website (if you cant find the site try using a search engine) and go to customer support They probably have a 1-800 number listed somewhere and if you’re under warrenty you could probaby get it replaced for no cost.
