My xbox crapped out today and I submitted an order for repair since it is still under warranty. How does this repair process work now? How do I get the system to microsoft and how long does repair take?

If they repair it about a month, but they usually send you someone elses refurb so 2 weeks… I hope you keep your hardrive they are notorious for loosing them. Keep your cables to.

Sorry about your box man but at least you have some time to get ready for the holidays.

we just got ours back from repair. we got the stupid 3 flashing lights and it wouldn’t turn on for nothing. once you submit a repair order, they will send you a shipping kit via UPS. it took about 3 days to get the shipping materials. if yours is equipped with a hard drive, be sure to take it off along with the controls and any other accessories you might have on it (decorative face plates included). once they got it, it took them about a week to “repair” it, which they really didn’t do. they just sent us another xbox360 so we wouldn’t have to wait. again, it arrived UPS and someone has to sign for it. the whole process was about 2 weeks.
