How to fix tiny Xbox 360 disk crack in the middle?

My Xbox 360 skate. disk has a tiny crack in the middle (it hasn’t made it to the other side yet) and it obviously wont play on my 360. I’ve tried numerous things to fix it including taping it up and using toothpaste. I like breaking my dudes bones, so I’d really like to get back to it without waiting to get $40 and get a used copy.

You cannot fix a disk, as I learned myself. I broke my Game Boy Player disk a couple of years ago, and I had to wait a long time to get a replacement, since they don’t really sell Gamecube anymore. Just try getting the game used. Sorry about your lost, but it happened to me too.

I don’t mean to be rude, but wow. You really don’t get it. In game discs, the reason cracks and scratches are bad are because game data is on those discs. When you scratch and crack your discs, that data is lost. You can’t fix discs with toothpaste or tape, because toothpaste does not contain game data.
