I Just Hooked up my xbox 360 and wii to my reciever but there is no sound but there is picture help?

We have an Onkyo TX-SR604 and we just got a new cabinet for our tv and had to disconnect everything and decided to re-hookup our tv ourselves…bad idea. we got the sound and picture for the cable and dvd, but now the sound doesn’t work for the xbox 360 but there is picture and there is neither picture nor sound for the wii. any and all help would be appreciated. =)

    check the cables anything loose will give you picture but no sound …disconnect completly and then reconnect…had a sound problem with my ps3 and a simply disconnect and reconnect helped

    dude first you have to have the three ,colored rings of yellow red and white, jacks and just plug the dvd 360 and wiii to it. if it doesnt work then buy a new tv, an hd tv …………..

    oh and then bye a ps3 and connect it to a HDMI outlet for a full fledge 1080ip graphics>>>>>>>

    Check the video game outlet (the yellow, white and red colored plugs) and make sure that each one is tightly plugged in. If that isn’t it, check the cords from the back of the console, ’cause that may be loose.

    The yellow cord is picture, and the white and red cords are for sound quality.
