My Xbox 360 has been getting pretty toasty as of late and I thought maybe I could use the window to bring in fresh air. Is this a possiblity because I’ve heard some negative things about using outside air. Anyone else use outside air to help vent the xbox 360.

not a good idea… like a PC, the xbox should have NEGATIVE pressure inside, to remove heat, and dust from settling inside of it…
if you plan on putting an exaust fan in the hole that you make on your xbox then you should be ok…
they sell devices to help cool your xbox.. it should also have plenty of space near its ventilation holes…
this cooler only cost $15
