My xbox 360 has a ring of death and doesnt seem to work I need help?

Since you don’t have any proof of when you purchased the 360, MS will fix it up until Nov. 22, 2008, or 3 years after the 360’s launch.
So, all you need to do is just call 1-800-4MY-XBOX and explain that you have the red ring of death, and MS should send you a box that you put your 360 in, sans face plate and hard drive. Ship it back to MS, and MS will fix it for you.

Contact the place where you bought it; they should have a record of sale. Or Microsoft with the serial number.
