Not good, flashing red lights on the Xbox 360 usually indicate a hardware failure. I recommend calling Microsoft and claiming the warranty for a new system, shouldn’t be problem as they retroactively extended all 360 warranties to one year.

i do this all the time and it scares me if the audio/video isnt connected it will do this! email me if im right just for fun!hope it turns out good for ya!
