It means your 360 it’s dead. That’s the red circle of death. Time to contact Microsoft.

Just because you have the Red Rings of Death doesn’ t mean your Xbox 360 is completely burnt out; it just means that you console has a glitch somewhere in the system. You can call Microsoft’s Support at 1-800-4MYXBOX and you can explain what is happening. Luckily, Microsoft has extended the warranty to 3 YEARS, which is very helpful to people like you. After you send it to Microsoft, they will fix or replace it for free, including shipping. However, it may take months to get your Xbox back.

like the others said call 1-800-4my-xbox. if you have 3 rings lit up, it is something that they have to take care of. it happened to mine. keep all of the acknowledgement numbers that they give you. you will need them everytime you call about your problem. also if you ship ups/fed ex, make sure you keep the tracking number for that as well. i shipped mine ups, and when it got to microsoft, it showed who signed for it, what dock is was delivered to, and what time. well they lost my 360, and had to send me a new one. in the mean time i was out of it for 2 months while they tried to figure out that they screwed up. but i have it now and have not had any problems since. good luck
