It’s the Red Ring Of Death. You need to send your box to microsoft.
Search for Red Ring Of Death for instructions.
edit: there is no other way to fix it. You really have no option but to send it to them.

It’s the dreaded ring of Death. Basicaly you have a hardware issue and you will have to eather send it back to Microsoft is your still covered under the warentee or take it back to where you got it if you picked up the extended warentee from the store. Good Luck eather way, from what I have heard it can be a reall headake

oh wow that sux. looks like you have a hardware failure. but if you have a warranty then its no big deal, just send it back to m$.

first try taking out any disks and shutting off the console. let it cool off for 15 minutes and make sure everything is plugged in correctly. this happened to me and i figured out that one of the power cables was falling out.
