just call 1-800-4MY-XBOX and send it tu them. they say they’ll fix it or give you a new one but they give every one a new one. the waiting time is only about three weeks i think you will live i did.o and keep your face plate (for fun) and your hard drive (duh) just send it in a lil box protected by news paper and with money too cross the river styx lol
p.s. dont actually send money
