XBox 360 Troubleshooting On XBox Live won’t work?

I called the people at xbox and they told be troubleshooting tips. I TRIED THEM ALL NONE WORK! I Still can’t connect to xbox live bcuz of my IP Adress is failing. I turned it on automatic and unplugged the system for atleast an hour. WTF XBox 360 is a scam! Can i sew them? thats 50 dollars gone. I have a perfwct connection and have played for a week now it sucks. Any1 else experience this hell?

Are you using the wireless connection or are you wired into a router? Could be as simple as reseting you router. I know personally, every now and then, I can use one of my PC’s without a problem while the other, or my 360 is acting like the connection is slow or unavailable. Usually, there is a small pinhole in the back or your router…push a pen tip in there for as many seconds to reset the router (about 5 seconds). Once reset give it another shot! Good luck.
